Pre-Registration Policy
Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 24, 2008.
After this date, registrations must be processed on-site at the commencement of the meeting.
No faxes or email will be accepted in the office after this date.
Registrations will not be processed without a completed form and payment information.
Cancellations
Written requests received before October 24, 2008 will be honored (less a $100 processing fee).
Substitutes are accepted at any time. No refunds after October 24 without documentation of a medical
emergency or flight cancellation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee!
Housing
If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed
instructions on reserving a room. Please note: Rooms
booked through methods other than the NARUC housing
page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by
NARUC.
