You may register on-site at the Sheraton New Orleans beginning on Saturday, November 15 at 2:00 pm.

Cancellations
We are implementing a new cancellation policy for THIS MEETING ONLY. If you registered but cannot attend the 120th Annual NARUC Convention in New Orleans, we will refund your payments minus a $100 administrative fee, if cancellation requests are received in writing by Friday, November 14. After November 14, no refunds will be granted. Please contact Judith Ford (jford@naruc.org) at NARUC if you have any questions and need to cancel your registration.

Housing
If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed instructions on reserving a room. Please note: Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by NARUC.

Press

There is no cost for press registration. Reporters are encouraged to sign up for the event as soon as pre-registration opens in order to ensure a room at the conference hotel. Reporters may direct any questions to Rob Thormeyer, NARUC’s Communications Director.
