Cancellations
Written request(s) received before October 26 will be honored (minus a $100 Processing fee). Substitutions are accepted at any time. There will be no refunds after October 26 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel before the deadline, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

Housing
If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed instructions on reserving a room. Please note: Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by NARUC.
